The engineering phase of the Negin Lavan refinery project officially began after the conceptual design contract was signed with EIED.
The contract was signed by the CEOs of the two companies on 27 August 2024, and the project start meeting was held the same day, where the schedule for the phase was communicated to EIED. According to that schedule, the engineering design will be completed within four months.
