Negin Lavan is developing one of the country's largest downstream refining projects — a 150,000 barrel-per-day processing capacity for light and heavy crude, inside the Parsian Energy-Intensive Industries Special Economic Zone.
About the Company
Negin Lavan Petro-Refining Company was established to complete Iran's crude oil and gas condensate value chain, and is being developed in the Energy-Intensive Industries Special Economic Zone. The project comprises crude distillation, hydrogenation, and catalytic process units, ultimately yielding high value-added petroleum and petrochemical products.
Ownership, management, and the project's organizational structure follow international EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) standards, keeping delivery aligned with approved schedule, safety, and quality benchmarks.
